Weβve released two highly requested features designed to make VenueAI easier to manage as your team grows.
π New: User Roles (Basic & Admin)
VenueAI now supports two simple user roles so you can control access without complexity.
- Basic Users focus on day-to-day lead communication (SMS, email, follow-ups)
- Admin Users have full access, including insights, settings, and user management
This makes it easy to give coordinators exactly what they need, while keeping reporting and system settings secure.

π New: Conversation Notes
You can now add internal notes directly to a leadβs conversation timeline.
- Notes are internal only
- They are never sent to leads
- AI will not use notes when generating replies
- Perfect for internal context, reminders, or handoffs between team members
