✅ What's New

Managing your leads just got a lot easier. Here's what's live right now.


📅 Sort Leads by Event Date

You can now sort your leads table by event date, making it easy to see which events are coming up soonest and prioritize your follow-ups accordingly.


👤 Coordinators — Assign at Any Stage

We've renamed "Tour Guide" to "Coordinator" to better reflect what the role actually is. Coordinators can now be assigned to a lead at any stage — not just after a tour is booked. When a tour does come in, the coordinator is assigned automatically based on the booking. You can also easily reassign coordinators directly from the leads table.


💾 Auto-Save on Lead Profiles

No more hitting a save button. Every change you make on a lead profile now saves automatically as you go. We've also reorganized the profile into clearer sections — Lead Details are now separate from Coordinator & Tour Details — so everything is easier to find and update.


🧠 Smarter Follow-Ups

The cadence system — the engine behind all your automated follow-ups — just got a major upgrade. It's more aware of what's happening in each conversation and adapts in real time.


Context-Aware Scheduling

The AI now understands the full context of a conversation when deciding when and how to follow up. If a lead says they need a few weeks or months before they're ready to look at venues, the system adjusts the follow-up schedule automatically — no manual intervention needed.


Channel Preference Detection

The system has been upgraded to better pay attention to how each lead prefers to communicate. If a lead consistently engages over text message rather than email, future follow-ups will favor SMS. The AI adapts to each lead's behavior so your outreach lands where it's most likely to get a response.


Smarter Overall Cadence Logic

Beyond channel preferences and timing, the entire follow-up engine has been rebuilt to be more intelligent — better spacing between touches, smarter decisions about when to reach out and when to give leads space, and a more natural feel to the overall outreach sequence.


Rollout timeline: These improvements are being activated for all venues over the next 24–48 hours. No action is needed on your end — the system will begin using the upgraded logic automatically.

Here's a preview of what's currently being tested and developed. These features will be fully optional — you'll be able to enable or disable each one once they go live.


⭐ Post-Event Review Requests

After a couple's event, the AI will automatically reach out to ask about their experience. Positive responses get guided toward leaving a review on Google, The Knot, WeddingWire or your platform of choice. If someone had a less-than-great experience, the system privately escalates the feedback to your team so it's handled personally — before it ever becomes a public review.


📆 Event Date Availability

We're giving the AI the ability to tell leads whether specific event dates are available or already booked. No more back-and-forth or waiting for a coordinator to check — leads get an answer right away, keeping the momentum going toward booking a tour.


📞 Voice AI Receptionist

This is a big one. We're preparing to launch a voice AI receptionist so that your venue never misses a call — even after hours, on weekends, or when your team is busy with tours. The AI answers inbound calls as a friendly coordinator, handles common questions, and guides callers toward booking a tour.
