🎉 New Feature: AI Tour Reminders

Reduce no-shows and keep leads excited about their upcoming tour

We've launched a new feature that automatically sends warm, personalized reminder sequences to leads who have a tour scheduled. No more manual reminder calls or generic calendar notifications—VenueAI now nurtures your confirmed leads all the way to the door.

How It Works

When a lead enters the Tour Scheduled pipeline stage, VenueAI automatically initiates a personalized follow-up sequence via SMS and email. These aren't robotic "don't forget your appointment" messages—they're warm, human touches that:

• Remind leads about their upcoming tour date and time
• Build excitement about visiting your venue
• Answer any last-minute questions they might have
• Reduce no-shows by keeping your venue top of mind

Why This Matters

Tour no-shows are one of the biggest silent killers of venue revenue. A lead who ghosts their tour is almost impossible to re-engage. With AI Tour Reminders, you're not just sending reminders—you're continuing the conversation and reinforcing their decision to visit.

How to Enable

Head to Settings → AI Controls, scroll all the way down and toggle on "Upcoming Tour Reminders" + Save Changes.

** This will be activated for all new leads entering the Tour Scheduled stage from here on forwards.
