Automated insights delivered to your inbox every Saturday


Overview

Starting this week, you'll receive a weekly performance report summarizing how VenueAI performed for your venue. These reports are designed to give you clear visibility into the value VenueAI is delivering — from tours booked to leads engaged after hours.

When You'll Receive It

Reports are sent every Saturday at 10:00 AM Eastern / 3:00 PM UK to all email addresses configured in your notification settings.

Each report covers the previous 7 days of activity.

What's Included

Your weekly report includes several key sections:

📊 Results This Week

New Tours Scheduled Tours that were booked/scheduled during this week. These may happen in future weeks.
Tours Completed Tours that actually happened this week where the lead showed up.
Events Booked Leads who confirmed a booking for their event this week.
Estimated Revenue Calculated as: Events Booked × Your Average Booking Value. This represents revenue influenced by VenueAI's follow-up.

🌙 AI Working While You Sleep

This section shows the percentage of leads who received instant responses outside of your business hours (before 9am, after 6pm, or on weekends). It highlights the value of 24/7 automated follow-up — leads that would have waited until the next business day are now engaged immediately.

The breakdown shows how many were helped on weekday evenings/nights vs. weekends.


⚡ AI Performance

Messages Sent Total AI-generated messages across all channels, with SMS and Email breakdown.
Avg Response Time How quickly the AI responded to new leads on average. Industry average is 24+ hours — VenueAI typically responds in under 2 minutes.

📈 Lead Activity

New Leads Fresh leads that entered your system this week.
Reactivated Leads Leads who went quiet for 10+ days and came back this week. These are leads most venues would have written off — VenueAI's persistent follow-up brought them back.
Escalations Conversations where the AI determined a human needed to step in (complex questions, complaints, or requests outside AI capabilities).

🔍 Where Leads Came From

A breakdown of your top lead sources for the week (WeddingWire, The Knot, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). This helps you understand which channels are driving the most volume.


📊 vs Last Week

Week-over-week percentage changes for key metrics. Green indicates improvement, red indicates decline. This helps you spot trends and understand if activity is increasing or decreasing.

Managing Your Reports

You can manage your weekly report preferences in Settings → Notifications:

Enable/disable weekly reports entirely

Add or remove recipients — enter comma-separated email addresses

You can also unsubscribe directly from any report email using the link in the footer.
